Shipping to the US is back up and running!
All tariffs are included in the shipping price at checkout which means you will not have to pay anything when your order arrives into the US. It’s all covered.

Understanding the new shipping cost: £20 for standard international tracked delivery plus £16.50 for every item in your order to cover tariffs.
This will show up as one inclusive amount at checkout.

Currently I can no longer offer International express shipping for USA orders.

DELIVERY RATES AND TIME

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed and packed.

If you need your order by a particular date please send a note when ordering and choose an express shipping option at check out.

Once you’ve placed your order you will receive an email notifying you, I have received this. When your order has been shipped you will receive a notification email with your tracking information. If there are any significant problems or delays with your order, I will let you know via email. (I do not have control over customers delays.)

Standard shipping within the UK is free!

Shipping via Royal Mail 48 tracked service
2-3 working days.

If you’d like your order sent by a certain date please select Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery at checkout and leave a comment when you place your order with the date you need it by.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed and packed before it is shipped.

EU & INTERNATIONAL

For international shipping there are two options:

Standard International tracked with Royal Mail: 7-14 working days
Express Tracked: 1-5 working days

EU & Northern Ireland
£15 for Standard International tracked Royal Mail delivery.
£40 for Express tracked

USA
£20 for standard international tracked delivery plus £16.50 for every item in your order to cover tariffs. This will show up as one inclusive amount at checkout

£23 for Standard International tracked Royal Mail delivery.
£55 for Express tracked

Rest of the world
£25 for Standard International tracked Royal Mail delivery.

Please note that for shipments crossing borders, additional taxes and import charges may incur. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs. There can sometimes be delays with customs and sadly this is out of my hands.

If you refuse this charge, any fees incurred for the order to be returned will be deducted from your refund.

If your order gets lost due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout, I will ask that you pay for redelivery.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from the original delivery received date to notify me of the return, you can contact me here. You then have another 14 days to return your item to me.

I ask that you return your order in the original packaging, undamaged, unworn/unused, swing tag still attached and in a sellable state. All returns must include a copy of the returns invoice so I have your complete order and contact information. Your refund will not be processed until I have received the returned piece so I always suggest to send via a tracked service.

All shipping charges are not refunded and will be deducted off your refund.

You will be responsible for the postage costs for returning an item, unless that item is damaged. You are responsible for that item until it reaches me, so I ask that you send it via a tracked service.
